Tech support and IT-counseling for memebrs of the platform are held every Thursday from noon to 2 pm in room 132 in the main hall of the Polish Japanese Academy of Information Technology (ul. Koszykowa 86 Warsaw). The work room is equipped with computers with access to the Internet.
We invite all members who experience problems while using our platform, need assistance in the proper use of the Internet, face hardware issues, or simply want to learn more about the project. Our counsellors with address your problems individually. These regular meeting serve also as a way of making new acquaintances with other seniors who want to improve their use of IT. We will appreciate if you e-mail us in advance about your participation.
